Sizing
How many companies you can actually reach. Usually smaller than you'd like — a tight UK market is a few hundred to a few thousand. You sign off the number before anything is bought.
The estate
Lookalike domains, mailboxes, SPF, DKIM, DMARC. Never your main domain. We buy it and we pay for it.
Warming
Each mailbox starts at about one email a day and climbs. Meanwhile we build and verify your list — bounces burn the domains we just warmed.
Live
Plain text, tracking off, narrow morning window, gaps between sends, stop-on-reply, unsubscribe headers. Every one of those is a decision with a reason.
Running
Domain health, bounce rate, complaint rate, inbox placement. Anything degrading gets rotated out. One page back to you each month.
